DAY
1 NAIROBI
On arrival you will be transferred to The Stanley Hotel or
alternative. Bed & breakfast
DAY 2 /3 AMBOSELI
After breakfast begin your safari to south of Kenya and the
Amboseli game reserve, which is dominated by the snow capped
Mount Kilimanjaro. Against this back drop, enjoy looking out
for elephants, giraffes and a host of other animals on your
games drives. Spend two nights at the Amboseli Ser ena Lodge
or alternative. Board: Full board
DAY 4 NAIROBI
Following an early game drive and breakfast you drive towards
Nairobi. Enjoy the city tour in the afternoon, and carnivore
experience in the evening. Overnight at The Stanley Hotel
or alternative.
DAY 5/6 MASAI
MARA
Depart for the Masai Mara after breakfast. On the way you
pass the breathtaking Rift Valley and the towering Mount longonot.
Spend 2 nights at a lodge (luxury tented campa available on
request.) Board: Full board.
DAY 7/8 NAIVASHA
We leave early for the Great Rft Valley arriving in time for
lunch at Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge. Spend your day trout fishing,
boat rides, Horseback or mountain bike and end it with a sundowner
by the hippo Pool (activities at extra cost). Spend two nights
at Lake Naivasha Simba lodge or alternative.
DAY 9 ARK
After breakfast we head further North to the romantic Aberdare
Forests. After lunch at the Aberdare Country Club, you will
be transferred to the Ark with an overnight case. Shaped in
the form of Noah’s Ark and set deep in the aberdare
For est, this “Tree lodge” overlooks a floodlit
waterhole and salt-lick with attracts a vari ety of animals.
Board: Full board.
DAY 10 / 11
SAMBURU
Early after breakfast we head north to the semi-arid scrublands
of Samburu. Spend two nights at a lodge (luxury tented camp
available on request.) Board: Full board.
DAY 12 NAIROBI
Return to Nairobi for connecting flight to the coast or home.
Please note, the drive from Samburu to Niarobi takes approx.
6 hours. Flights from Samburu to Nairobi available for thos
who need to arrive back in Nairobi by early afternoon or want
to avoid the drive.
